Ok i know th current banner for our site sucks, so i am asking you to crate one for us! Now i know making a banner isn't exactly fun so the its a contest the person with the best banner gets 1 month of V.I.P treatment, That means for 1 moth you get to be in-game admin and be on our reserved slot list without paying! i need a program something like Photoshop i learned how to do lots of things to a photo (like sabotaging one xD)

umm photoshop is pricey but theres an ok proram called IRfranview.
